臺灣周邊海域經常出現下列各種類型中國船舶，包括：潛航潛艇、海洋科學研究船與可能進行間諜活動之中國漁船，可能引發複雜之國際法與國內法問題。本文試圖從國際法與臺灣相關法規分析，在各個不同管轄海域中，臺灣執法當局（海巡署）或海軍可以採取何種措施。

 

 

Recently, there are many unidentifiable submerged submarines around Taiwan island proper. In addition, there are a number of Chinese scientific research vessels as well as fishing vessels equipped with military antenna intruding various maritime areas under Taiwan's jurisdiction. Those vessels flying Chinese flags operating within maritime of Taiwan's claimed internal waters, territorial sea, contiguous zone and exclusive economic zone raise many perplex international and domestic legal issues for Taiwan's law enforcement agency (Taiwanese Coast Guard) and the Navy. This article tries to explore these legal issues with the purposes of clarifying them and providing a possible guideline for future incidents of the same nature.
